The Near-Far Focus Method

I have recently read an article describing how someone can restore doing some special eye exercises to improve eyesight. At first I was a tad skeptical that this sort of vision therapy would actually work, I took it upon my self to search for some eye exercises and see what they are all about. So I did a quick Google Search, and came across an exercise on how to improve eyesight called Near-Far Focus Exercise to improve eyesight.

Much to my surprise, it was far simpler than I originally though this eye exercise would be – all I had to do was change my eye's focus between a small calendar and a wall multiple times. When it comes to eye relaxation, this seems to be a helpful event.Seemingly, it could assist for improving distant vision problems as well. I am about a week into it, and I and I can't say for sure if it corrects nearsightedness. BUT, it definitely helps me relax my eyes as well as eliminating any tension I feel after my substantially long day in front of my computer monitor.
